TERMS & CONDITIONS
Orders are shipped out every weekday, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Our current preparing time is 1 to 2 business days. This is actual working days and does not include weekends and holidays. Items are shipped via courier with tracking, which delivers within 7 to 10 business days. These shipping times are only estimates and not guaranteed.
If you are working on a deadline and you need your purchase in a hurry for a gift or a special occasion, please contact us before purchasing to discuss expediting your order and we will try our best to accommodate you at no extra charge (except any additional shipping fees).
DUTIES & TAXES
Our products are shipped from the United States and prices are inclusive of all applicable duties and delivery cost. Cesare Attolini will collect State sales taxes on shipments to New York and Florida.
Payments should be paid through PayPal. Please note that you don’t need a PayPal account to pay via credit card. Simply select the “PayPal” button at checkout and follow the instructions. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation notice from PayPal and from our website, which also serves as your order confirmation. PayPal use secure payment gateways, encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant). This means that all the data and customer information is ultra secure.
INFO AND PRICES
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. In the event that a CESARE ATTOLINI product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, CESARE ATTOLINI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. CESARE ATTOLINI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, CESARE ATTOLINI shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
We tried to represent the prints accurately online. However, since the colours you see depend on your device settings, we cannot guarantee an identical match between screen images and prints on paper or canvas. Please consider that computer monitors can display colours differently one from each other and what you see on your screen might slightly vary from the print you receive. By ordering and submitting payment, you agree to these terms.

All website content is our property, it’s protected by international copyright laws and may not be used for any commercial or other purposes without our prior written consent. SHIPPING & RETURNS
If you’re not 100 percent happy with an item for any reason, just contact us and include your order number and details. Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed. We’ll get back to you soon with instructions on processing your return. Cesare Attolini will receive return shipments at no expense to the client.
Our policy lasts thirty (30) days from the time of order and you may return any unused product to us in its original condition within fifteen days of receiving it. We are unable to accept returns on any item not in its original condition, if damaged during the shipping process or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If thirty (30) days have gone by, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or replacement. We do not exchange it with a different one even if it has equal value.
REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
We will offer a free replacement or, if you prefer, a full refund for the price of the product, once we receive the item. Any refunds or replacement will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed. In case of refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
When placing an order, please review your shipping address to be sure it’s correct. Shipping will be made to your billing address by default unless during purchase you clearly indicate that you want your item(s) shipped elsewhere. The shop is not responsible for shipping to wrong or old address and we do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages.
